Nevada Construction Services (NCS) was appointed for the construction progress monitoring (CPM) and funds disbursement of hard construction costs for the world’s largest slot machine – SlotZilla Zipline.
Located at The Fremont Experience in Las Vegas, this $10+ million-dollar project consists of two ziplines that soar above Fremont Street, towering up to 12-stories tall and 1,700 feet long.
NCS was engaged by the lender to ensure prompt and accurate payment of costs of construction for the zipline project, including labor, materials, subcontractors and contactor claims. The project was constructed within an anticipated time frame of 12 months and included 12 funds disbursements and 12 CPM reports.
The Fremont Experience is a partnership between eight hotels and is a five-block entertainment district located in historic downtown Las Vegas.
