As part of MDH’s due diligence team, Partner provided ASTM E1527-13 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and Property Condition Assessment for 28 warehouse/industrial buildings located in Jacksonville, Orlando and Miami, Florida. Partner worked with the client and other team members including roofing specialists and fire suppression consultants on this portfolio.
Potential groundwater impacts from former vehicle maintenance activities at one of these assets required Partner to conduct expedited soil and groundwater sampling. Even with an aggressive due date, the project was completed on time.
