Partner was engaged by the client to provide Engineering and Environmental due diligence for this award-winning asset (2007: American Institute of Architects Merit Award for Zuccotti Park, LEED Gold Certified, BOMA 360 achieved, Energy Star rated). Our scope of services on this property included an ASTM E1527-13 Standard Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and a Property Condition Assessment (PCA) in compliance with the scope of work defined by ASTM E2018 Standard Guide for Property Condition Assessments: Baseline Property Condition Assessment Process.
