As part of the overall complete redevelopment of this premier shopping, Partner provided overall environmental project management and directed various projects, including asbestos and lead based paint investigation and sampling, as well as the specification development related to the renovation projects, followed by the monitoring of all asbestos and lead paint abatement.
Previously identified groundwater impacts from dry-cleaning operations required effluent monitoring and disposal during construction dewatering at the site.
