Partner completed a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) on a helicopter hangar and 16,422 SF office property in Englewood, Colorado. Unlike typical commercial buildings, this property is used for maintenance support and fueling operations. The subject building includes 10,025-SF of hangar space, 5,562-SF of office space, and an 835-SF vehicle parking garage. The site area is 4.30 acres and consists of two parcels that are bisected by a helicopter runway/taxi lane.
Prior to the assessment, the client was expecting to need a Phase II ESA and undergo remediation, however, Partner was able to provide documentation, including maintenance paperwork, that the site was clean and that no further action was needed in mitigating environmental risk.
