The Sacramento Housing and Redevelopment Agency (SHRA) has retained Partner as their Industrial Hygiene consultant with a time and materials contract that is up to 5 years in length. In 2020, Partner completed 115 Task Orders with a total contract cost of $130,645.50.
The on-call Industrial Hygiene Consulting includes Asbestos, Lead, and Mold surveys, assessments, and testing. The various properties include single-family residences, multi-family residential communities, high-rise apartment communities, neighborhood community centers, and commercial sites. The various SHRA communities send Task Order requests and our field team responds to the requests usually within 24-72 hours.
