Partner was contracted by a national automotive retail group to perform Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Peer Review of third-party Phase I reports, and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments as necessary prior to the acquisition of a portfolio of automotive facilities. The subject properties were concentrated in Downtown Los Angeles, California and consisted of eleven automotive dealerships and service facilities with a combined square footage of over 230,000 square feet, plus several acres of storage lots.
The PCAs were performed in general accordance with the scope of work and limitations of ASTM Standard Practice E1527, ASTM E 2018: Baseline Property Condition Assessment Process, and the Environmental Protection Agency Standards and Practices for All Appropriate Inquiries (AAI) (40 CFR Part 312).
