Located on historic Colmore Row and originally developed between 1879-1895, this Grade II listed building is undergoing refurbishment into a luxury, 180-room hotel through a partnership between Hortons’ Estate and Principal Hotel Company/Starwood Capital Group. The assessment was performed to specific lender UK scope of work and in accordance with the contaminated land regime under UK EPA Part 2a.
