In July 2025, Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. was engaged after a box truck struck the southeast corner of the building during a resident’s move-in. The client requested that Partner assess the extent of any potential structural damage resulting from the impact.
Partner’s structural engineers determined that the impact caused only minor cosmetic damage to the EIFS façade – approximately a three-inch area.
