As Technical Director of Partner’s Construction Services Group, Brian Ward brings over 30 years of experience applying engineering expertise to the construction management arena. His vast experience with construction risk management programs includes contractor evaluations, document and cost reviews, construction progress monitoring inspections, and funds control. Mr. Ward has managed a range of multi‐disciplinary teams for development, construction, and risk management purposes, and has provided construction‐related due diligence services in the surety industry. He has worked with a range of clients including general contractors, government entities, and private owners/investors/developers.
