NEW EPA BROWNFIELD GRANTS ARE TARGETED AT AREAS THAT NEED THEM THE MOST.

In this recent article by Connect, I am quoted about new Brownfield Rehabilitation and Opportunity Zone developments. The EPA recently targeted 149 communities nationwide to receive $64.6 million in funding for Brownfield Assessments and clean up. These EPA grants help developers feel more confident when dealing within Opportunity Zones.
