Fannie Mae PNA Changes Are Coming – Are You Ready?

CHANGES TO FANNIE MAE’S MULTIFAMILY GUIDE ARE AROUND THE CORNER – NOW IS THE TIME TO GET PREPARED.

It’s a new year and time for a new Fannie Mae Physical Needs Assessment! This past Fall, Fannie Mae announced changes to its Multifamily Guide (Update 13-09) which include significant changes to the Physical Needs Assessment requirements. These changes are set to take effect on February 3rd, 2014 and will change the way Physical Needs Assessment (PNA) Reports are conducted and written. Fannie Mae lenders and brokers are preparing to incorporate the changes into their policy – are you ready?

Mr. Kovan has more than 15 years of experience in the engineering, environmental, construction, and development fields. He has successfully managed projects of varying property types, including; institutional, retail, assisted living, and multifamily residential throughout the country. Mr. Kovan is trained as an Architect and has worked as a General Contractor, Developer, and Subcontractor. As Technical Director, he draws on this diverse knowledge base and experience in the residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial environments in order to be a major contribution to Partner Engineering and Science’s national team.
