Chris Gregor has 20 years of experience in the real estate and private equity consulting industry. He has deep experience in all aspects of due diligence for real estate and private equity transactions including significant portfolios, single- and multi-tenant net lease and development construction. He oversees the execution of disciplines including: environmental, building assessments, land surveys, accessibility, industrial hygiene, seismic, and ESG assessments/audits as needed by his clients. His diverse project experience spans across North America, Europe and the Caribbean and covers all market sectors and asset classes. Mr. Gregor maintains relationships for several private equity investment management companies, REITs, and debt providers. In addition, having previously established the London, UK office of Partner, he currently provides management leadership for Partner’s International operations. He provides technical direction for Partner’s International environmental operations, and his experience is integral in the growth of Partner’s multi-disciplinary services outside of the USA.
