Lead risk assessments are evaluations that are conducted by certified lead risk assessors in order to identify lead hazards. Lead hazards can vary and can include: deteriorated paint, lead in dust, lead in soil, and lead in drinking water. Lead risk assessments may consist of dust testing, lead in water testing, and/or analyzing for lead in soil, deteriorated paint and other deteriorated coatings.
