MOVES UP 11 SPOTS TO #100 IN 2019

We are pleased to have moved up 11 spots from last year’s list to rank #100. Partner’s work in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments has made it a respected name in commercial real estate.
ENR’s market data indicates continued strength in the commercial real estate sector into 2020, with a strong economy and global markets pushing revenue to all-time highs. The biggest drivers of environmental revenue in the CRE sector have been commitments by private and public sector companies to compliance, emerging environmental concerns, public infrastructure investments, and the shifting focus towards supporting the life-cycle of an asset.
Despite rapid changes in global markets and some uncertainty around the impact of labor shortages, tariffs, and trade, most Top 200 firms saw projects moving rapidly across State and local levels, and cannot add capabilities or talent fast enough to keep up with demand.
