Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. has published the results of an EBA Technical Committee Risk Tolerance Survey. Several case studies were presented across different industrial sites that pose environmental risk (dry cleaners, gas stations, automotive repair shops, etc.). An assortment of lenders and consultants provided risk tolerance based on years of existence on site and type of contaminant.

In March 2025, the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) rescinded its 2022 directive that had imposed standardized radon testing requirements on all multifamily properties financed through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. The new radon policy was effective immediately; however, the agency guidance documents would be updated at a later date.

To support this growth and in anticipation of increasing demand, Partner increased its staff from 1,300 employees in 2023 to over 1,400 at present.
