Mr. Stern is a licensed agent at Saint Vincent, LLC, the managing general agent of SureBuild℠ Project Completion Insurance. Mr. Stern has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry and 5 years of experience in product development, distribution, and sales. He is a licensed producer and surplus lines broker in California. He also has his Series 7 and 63 securities licenses through FINRA. Mr. Stern is directly responsible for managing agency business as it applies to compliance issues, agent licensing and appointments, contracts, and records. He acts as a liaison between Saint Vincent underwriters and underwriters with Lloyd’s of London. Additionally, he is responsible for claims management and works directly with clients to ensure excellent service and product delivery. Mr. Stern obtained his MBA from the University of Southern California.
AJ Nosek | Principal & National Client Manager, Partner Engineering and Science, Inc.
AJ Nosek has over 12 years of experience working in construction risk management, which include ALTA surveys, Zoning Reports, Contractor Vetting/Review, Document and Cost Reviews, Construction Progress Monitoring Inspections, Funds Control and Disbursement services, and Completion Commitments to lender and owner clients to better manage construction cost, quality, and schedule risks. He serves a variety of lenders, developers, attorneys, mortgage brokers, CDCs, individual property owners, and municipal clients. Mr. Nosek’s education and background in finance allows for an understanding from the clients’ perspective on both execution and risk.
