  • Robin Rednose-LewisAs Director of ALTA Services, Ms. Rednose-Lewis leads Partner Engineering and Science’s national ALTA Survey platform, supporting lenders, attorneys, title companies, and commercial real estate professionals across the United States and Canada. She oversees day-to-day operations and technical coordination, ensuring surveys are scoped, managed, and delivered to meet transaction-specific, lender, and title requirements. With extensive experience coordinating complex surveys and reviewing ALTA reports, Ms. Rednose-Lewis helps clients navigate survey standards, mitigate risk, and avoid delays. Her practical understanding of commercial real estate transactions enables clear communication among surveyors, title insurers, and deal teams—helping projects move efficiently from due diligence to closing.
  • Michael Solitro, PSAs Director of Land Surveying, Mr. Solitro leads Partner Engineering and Science’s national land surveying practice, providing technical direction and quality assurance for ALTA/NSPS land title surveys and other survey types. He is a licensed professional surveyor in multiple states, including Florida, Alabama, Texas, and New York. With over 40 years of experience in land surveying and mapping within the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Solitro brings deep technical expertise to complex due diligence projects, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
  • Grace JonesAs a National Client Manager at Partner Engineering and Science, Ms. Jones works closely with lenders, attorneys, title professionals, developers, and CRE stakeholders to support complex due diligence and environmental consulting needs. With a strong foundation in environmental science and consulting, she brings broad experience in Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, property condition reporting, and sustainability-focused services. Ms. Jones excels at building long-term client relationships, understanding business objectives, and ensuring delivery of tailored solutions that help clients manage risk and achieve transaction and project goals. Before joining Partner, she gained valuable experience conducting environmental assessments, site screenings, and multidisciplinary project coordination.
