What Does a Residential Project Assessor Do?
A Residential Project Assessor plays a crucial role in our construction projects, serving as the primary on-site evaluator. Among their responsibilities are:
- Providing photographs of the construction project progress & site conditions
- Evaluate project completion percentage values
- Light narrative comments on general conditions
- Based on indicated qualifications you may be eligible for other specialized assessment assignments (e.g. Radon Testing, HERS, Wind, Light Commercial, etc.)
