Ms. Hice is currently a Technical Director for the Structural Assessment and Structural Forensic Services Team for Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) and is in the Plano, Texas office. She has over ten years of experience in structural design for both new and remedial construction. She has also been involved with structural and drainage diagnostics, property condition assessments, and construction administration and coordination.

Ms. Hice has over eight years of design experience with a structural design firm in San Antonio working on various projects ranging from K-12 educational facilities to multi-story healthcare structures. Her responsibilities typically included lateral and gravity design of structural systems (concrete, masonry, steel & wood), project coordination with architects and contractors, development of plans and details for deliverables to clients, and on-going construction administration during erection (submittals, observations, request for information responses, etc.).
