(Partner) is proud to announce the promotion of Jerry Ostrander to National Practice Leader of the firm’s Environmental Solutions Practice. This appointment recognizes Ostrander’s proven leadership, deep understanding of commercial real estate (CRE) dynamics, and steadfast commitment to delivering results without barriers.
With nearly 30 years of environmental consulting experience, Ostrander brings unmatched expertise in environmental due diligence, remediation strategy, and regulatory compliance. A Partner principal, he has led Partner’s East Coast Environmental Solutions team for the last seven years. In that role, he built a reputation for creating client-centric strategies that align environmental outcomes with real estate goals. His leadership has been instrumental in driving value for investors, developers, lenders, and CRE stakeholders across the country.

In his new role, Ostrander will:
- Unify Partner’s Environmental Solutions platform across all regions, aligning services with the pace and complexity of CRE deals;
- Advance environmental due diligence and risk services to ensure speed, accuracy, and deal certainty;
- Lead strategic remediation planning and regulatory negotiations, enabling the reuse and repositioning of environmentally impacted sites;
- Collaborate across business lines to deliver fully integrated, insights-driven solutions across the deal lifecycle.
The appointment underscores Partner’s continued investment in leadership that understands both the science and business of environmental risk. Ostrander’s hands-on experience includes management of hundreds of site investigations, remediation programs, and liability assessments across New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.
