Partner Appoints Industry Leader Brian Carlin as Director

DENVER, CO – Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is proud to announce the appointment of Brian Carlin, PE, CBCP, CEM, as Director. Mr. Carlin brings a distinguished track record of leadership, technical expertise, and business development success to Partner.

Brian joins Partner from CBRE, where he demonstrated remarkable success over four years delivering industry-leading technical consulting services to enterprise utility, commercial, and government clients. His clear vision for consolidated technical and ESG services had direct bottom-line impacts on operational efficiency while enhancing the profitability of project management, enterprise account, and brokerage business units. 

 Under Brian’s leadership at CBRE, he grew a team from a single engineer in 2020 to a fully remote nationwide team of over 20 technical professionals conducting site assessments in 2024. His team pioneered the integration of AI data analytics to fuel exponential site assessment capabilities that combine carbon and capital planning, commissioning, building energy audits, and measurement and verification on complex retrofit projects.

He is known for his relentless optimization approach, balancing P&L, risk management, business development, client needs, team building, and performance monitoring to attract top talent focused on peak execution. 

Brian’s expertise in leading organizations through transformative change via fluid communication and technical expertise has resulted in monumental program outcomes for global clients. His unique ability to pivot seamlessly from C-suite events to site-level walkthroughs has established him as a provider of gold-standard ESG solutions, scaling outcomes centered on purpose-driven pathways that lead to clear forward progress.
