Florida based Terence Haynes and Chicago based Brett Hayes have been recognized with the Connect CRE 2020 Next Generation Award.
Haynes and Hayes were honored with the awards “based on both their excellence on the job and their leadership in the community” according to a recent Connect Media press release.

Terence Haynes – Florida
Working out of Florida, Terence Haynes has shown incredible initiative as a leader at Partner. Within five years, he was promoted from Environmental Assessor to Relationship Manager. Partner clients have praised Terence as someone that understands their needs and facilitates the environmental and engineering due diligence process for them by translating and addressing complicated issues.
Terence works with a variety or CRE stakeholders such as private equity groups, brokerages and alternative lenders. Outside of the office, Terence is passionate about helping his community through volunteering at organizations such as Habitat for Humanity.
Terence has also been instrumental in expanding Partner’s presence in Florida by helping to establish Partner’s south Florida office location.

Brett Hayes – Chicago
