For the sixth straight year, Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. continues to climb Engineering News Record’s ENR Top 500 Design Firms list. This year, we are proud to announce we were ranked #166 nearly 30 spots higher than in 2017.
Partner’s steady success comes even as commercial real estate stakeholders exercise caution despite strong markets. Design firms may face possible head winds on the uncertainty of infrastructure funding, materials tariffs and labor shortages in key industry sectors.
So far, 2018 has seen a design firm recommitment to focusing on their key markets and systems to deliver their services as efficiently as possible.
“Competition is always fierce in our industry, with many different firms and due diligence sub-specialties. We attribute our continued success on two key factors: hiring the most talented and knowledgeable professionals in their field(s) and truly attempting to understand the needs of clients and how we can help them succeed in every way,” says Joseph P. Derhake, CEO of Partner Engineering and Science Inc.
