Partner Supports Transaction of Cleveland’s Key Center
Partner was honored to facilitate the transaction of downtown Cleveland’s Key Center earlier in 2017. At 63 stories, Key Tower stands tall at the heart of the Center, the hub of the city’s financial district. The Center also includes a 27-story Marriott Hotel and the 10-story Historic Society Savings Bank. Partner provided comprehensive engineering and environmental due diligence for all three buildings. Revitalizing Cincinnati’s Oakley Station
In a recently-completed project, Partner provided multi-scope services for a client on two separate lots at the Oakley Station in Cincinnati. Partner assisted with the transformation of the station into a mixed-use development in the most high-demand area of the city, which is a former world capital for the industrial production of machine tools.
