Doug Murray, RA

Doug Murray, RA is a Technical Director out of Partner Engineering and Science, Inc.’s (Partner) Framingham, MA office. Mr. Murray specializes in property condition assessments as well as construction and capital improvement analysis services for Partner's institutional and private equity clients. Doug graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a Bachelors of Architecture and has been working in the Design and Construction industry for over 30 years. He is a Registered Architect in Massachusetts and Connecticut and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He has also been a Principal Architect, Construction Manager, and Program Manager for projects in the commercial, K-12 education, high-rise, and retail sectors throughout the Northeast and nationally. Doug has extensive industrywide experience working with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Contractors in real estate development, due diligence entitlements, permitting, building and site assessment, building and site design, managing engineering and architectural disciplines, and construction management. His projects include renovations, adaptive reuse, historic restorations, and new construction projects for both public and private clients. Doug’s work includes building evaluations, due diligence services, physical needs assessments, client services, project management, technical leadership, and staff mentoring for facility evaluations and solutions services.
