Christina Fanning is a Technical Director of Partner Engineering and Science’s Construction Risk Management practice, based out of their Malvern, PA office. Ms. Fanning brings over 20 years of experience in the construction industry to support Partner’s diverse clients in managing construction risk funds control draw and inspection processes and financial accuracy for their projects. She manages contractor evaluations, plan and cost reviews, construction contract reviews, project budgeting, project funds control, project takeover, and completion work, as well as supervises Project Managers and Construction Support Specialists.
Within her role, Ms. Fanning acts as a primary liaison to customers and borrowers regarding any requests or concerns, and provides solutions and troubleshooting support. She was integral in developing a proprietary software that mainstreams production for the funds control practice and developing processes.
Prior to joining Partner, Ms. Fanning managed all aspects of the construction project management including project administration, from initial design and pre-construction through owner occupancy including budgeting, scheduling, estimating, bidding and contract administration. Her experience includes commercial office, financial, retail, medical, industrial, data centers, and educational projects involving fit-out, renovations, additions, as well as new construction.
