Ms. Myers is an experienced Technical Director and Contract Manager performing industrial hygiene studies; occupational exposure assessments; radon measurement; asbestos, mold, and lead evaluations; soil, groundwater, surface water, and air sampling. She also performs petroleum storage tank compliance inspections and community noise studies. Ms. Myers directs the day-to-day operations, business development, financial planning, and strategic planning for a team of industrial hygienists working throughout Florida.
Ms. Myers’ fiscal knowledge and client and contractor relationships, budget planning and analysis, staff management, and project scheduling are an asset to any Client. Her vast knowledge base, attention to detail, ability to satisfy client expectations and superior work performance has gained her numerous clients in both public and private sectors who need a CIH Consultant in the identification, interpretation, and diagnoses of occupational/indoor environments hazards, including asbestos, mold, and lead-based paint.
Ms. Myers is a CIH, FLAC, EPA-certified AHERA asbestos inspector and management planner, a Florida-licensed mold assessor, a Florida Radon Measurement Technician and an EPA lead-based paint Risk Assessor. Ms. Myers has been assigned to and completed projects for local and state government, municipalities, public school districts, hospitals/medical facilities, DOT bridge and roadway infrastructure, bank and lenders, insurance companies and private developers and property managers. Ms. Myers prepares written reports, proposals, and regulatory correspondence.
