Derviş Göksal, a Director at Partner Property Consultants based in Hamburg, Germany, is a senior leader within the firm’s growing German platform and an energy consultant. He brings nearly 20 years of experience advising investors, lenders, and developers on complex real estate transactions across Germany and wider European markets, with a strong focus on existing assets.
Derviş supports clients throughout the full transaction lifecycle, providing technical due diligence, strategic advisory, and risk assessment services tailored to local market conditions. He is highly experienced in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and in translating technical, regulatory, and sustainability-related considerations into clear, commercially focused guidance for decision-makers.
Before joining Partner, Derviş held senior management and board-level roles at leading international consultancies, including CBRE, where he spent nine years in progressively senior positions within Building Consultancy and Transaction Advisory. In addition to leading major due diligence assignments for national and international clients, he was responsible for business line strategy, client solutions, and cross-sector collaboration across Germany and at the EMEA level. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of a Germany-based consultancy, with responsibility for firm strategy, operations, and team leadership.
Derviş has advised on transactions totaling more than €10 billion, spanning industrial and logistics, office, retail, and mixed-use assets across Germany. He also brings extensive expertise in energy and sustainability, having contributed to the development of a green rating methodology for existing buildings that is widely applied in the German and European real estate markets. Alongside his advisory work, he has been a lecturer since 2015 at the ADI Academy for Real Estate Management, where he teaches courses in real estate economics and professional practice.
He holds a Diplom-Ingenieur (Graduate Engineer) degree in Architecture from Hochschule für Angewandte Wissenschaften und Kunst (HAWK), University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Buxtehude, Germany. Derviş is fluent in German, Turkish, and English.
