Frank Krech, PE, is a Senior Engineer in Partner Engineering and Science, Inc.’s Baltimore office, where he specialises in structural consulting, building envelope systems, and restoration engineering. With more than 11 years of experience in the construction and structural engineering industry, he has led the assessment, design, and execution of complex building projects ranging from targeted repairs to large-scale capital improvements exceeding $25 million. In his current role, Mr. Krech provides technical expertise to the Property Condition Assessment (PCA) group, focusing on structural and building envelope components for a wide range of commercial and institutional properties.
Mr. Krech has extensive experience managing projects from initial evaluation through design, procurement, and construction administration, helping clients balance technical performance, budget requirements, and long-term asset value. His areas of expertise include façade systems, waterproofing, reinforced concrete and steel repair, roofing systems, and building envelope performance testing.
