The program includes routine inspections to catch small problems before they become large, costly problems. Our team provides documentation of inspections and maintenance to protect existing warranties. We also provide semi-annual reporting and an online portal to roof data and reports, making capital planning and maintenance planning simpler and more effective.
RMP is administered by Partner’s Building Envelope Solutions team, which is comprised of Registered Roof Consultants and Registered Roof Observers, along with other roof and façade specialists throughout the United States. The program can be scaled for single sites or large portfolios.

In addition to PDF reports, Partner provides roof data via online portal for ease of use. Our team can work with you to load the data into your existing management platform or provide a customized dashboard via our proprietary platform, Partner Analytics. Partner Analytics enables users to sort, analyze, and visualize data for better business decisions.
