Jaime R. Argueta is an international commercial real estate expert with over thirty years of experience in architecture, design, construction management, and building system analysis. He has performed thousands of Property Condition Assessments throughout the United States, Mexico and the Caribbean for private and public clients on diverse property types including industrial, office, retail, self-storage, hospitality/resort, educational, low-income housing, and medical facilities. He has specialized training in Accessibility Surveys, Roof Assessments, Infrared Investigations, as well as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.
Mr. Argueta leads Partner’s project efforts in Mexico and The Caribbean. He is a native Spanish speaker and an experienced translator with prior experience providing in-house translation services for the largest commercial real estate brokerage in the world as well as a multinational financial institution.
