Justin Arias, Director for the Chicago region, and an environmental due diligence consultant for Partner Engineering and Science, Inc., works to advance the delivery of seamless, high-quality solutions for clients’ environmental and asset management needs. With over a decade of leadership experience — including strategic roles in operations, client services, and organizational development — Mr. Arias brings a strong track record of driving growth and exceeding client expectations.
Mr. Arias has over a decade of experience in oversight of nationwide transactional, asset management, and project management operations consisting of 750+ employees, consistently exhibiting high retention rates, tenure, and employee satisfaction results. Mr. Arias has pioneered several enterprise-level initiatives related to technological advancements, health & wellness, and leadership development.
Mr. Arias developed standard operating procedures and service level agreements, fostering collaboration and efficiencies between internal teams, enabling agility, and increasing the ability to deliver on Client needs. Further, Mr. Arias oversaw the development of a client portal, revolutionizing the method of delivering services and enhancing the Client experience.
Mr. Arias has served government Clients, including HUD and FDIC, managing their due diligence work, including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Transaction Screens, Phase II Assessments, and Environmental Desk Reviews.
Mr. Arias has also served many of the largest CMBS Clients, including JP Morgan, Citigroup, Wells Fargo, and Morgan Stanley, as well as investment firms such as Blackstone and Investcorp. For these clients, Mr. Arias managed all due diligence services related to transactions and refinancings, specializing in portfolios, which included some of the largest real estate transactions in history.
