IRVINE, CA – Partner is proud to announce the appointment of Allan Coffee as Technical Director based in Partner’s Irvine, California office, bringing nearly 30 years of extensive experience in engineering and environmental consulting and commercial real estate due diligence to the organization.
Mr. Coffee joins Partner with a distinguished career spanning environmental assessments, technical advisory, and complex property evaluations. Since 1988, he has developed expertise in industrial hygiene, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA), and comprehensive due diligence across multiple sectors.
Throughout his career, Mr. Coffee has executed over 3,000 Phase I ESA reports for prestigious clients including Private Equity Real Estate (PERE), Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac underwriters, REITs, and national financial institutions. His most notable achievements include managing the due diligence for a 75-property national portfolio and leading the technical aspects of a complex industrial landfill redevelopment project.

As Technical Director, Mr. Coffee will work closely with clients on equity due diligence, conducting comprehensive ESA reviews, and ensuring meticulous project completion. His technical knowledge spans environmental assessments, property condition assessments, and risk management across diverse sectors including manufactured housing, parking facilities, and hospitality.
A UCLA graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Mr. Coffee offers a unique perspective on risk management and technical compliance, further enhancing Partner’s ability to deliver exceptional service to its clients.
