IRVINE, CA – Partner is excited to announce the appointment of Wendy Moore as Director, bringing over two decades of extensive environmental consulting experience to the organization.
Ms. Moore joins Partner with a distinguished international background, having moved from South Africa to the United States in 2001 and establishing herself as a leading expert in subsurface investigations and environmental assessments. Her career spans numerous prestigious roles, including Vice President at Fulcrum Resources Environmental and President of the National Drilling Association. On the addition of Ms. Moore, Partner’s Executive Director Jenny Redlin, REPA, commented, “We are thrilled to have Wendy join the team. She brings an impressive track record of helping clients navigate complex environmental issues. She’ll be a great asset in advising clients on environmental challenges and solutions to help them make informed real estate decisions.”
Throughout her career, Ms. Moore has managed and completed over 2,000 Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and hundreds of subsurface investigations across North America, working with diverse industries including wireless telecommunications, hospitals, and industrial properties. Her expertise encompasses environmental site assessments, regulatory interactions, remediation, and comprehensive project coordination. Ms. Moore prides herself on being on the leading edge of regulatory developments, including the hot-button items of vapor intrusion and PFAS.

A graduate of the University of Johannesburg with dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Geography, Environmental Management, and Earth Sciences, Ms. Moore brings impressive credentials including EPA-Compliant Environmental Professional certification and OSHA 40-Hour HAZWOPER training.
