She has managed large national portfolios for a diverse range of clients, ensuring high-quality reports and customer service to meet specific needs. Ms. Carnevale has comprehensive knowledge of the requirements of a varied number of reporting standards, including but not limited to ASTM standards, EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and other large institutional lenders.
