Lawrence (Larry) Perez is a Senior Project Manager at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. Mr. Perez is responsible for conducting Property Condition Assessments (PCA’s) and reviewing PCA’s. He has used his extensive knowledge skills in the fields of engineering and forensic investigations and applied them to provide thorough due diligence analysis and property condition assessments.
He has over 5 years conducting Property Condition Assessments for REIT clients (acquisitions); lenders for mortgage financing purposes, and Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
Mr. Perez’s eight years of forensic engineering experience include conducting forensic structural engineering investigations to commercial and residential structures damaged by Hurricanes, tornados, flooding and wind. The investigations included on-site inspections of the subject structure and the surrounding area, the determination of the Cause and Origin of damage (wind, storm surge or pre-existing condition), and the determination of the extent of damage and recommended repairs.
His 21 years of structural engineering experience include conducting structural analysis and forensic investigations. The investigations entailed preparing written reports, structural strengthening repair plans, preparing structural calculations, contract drawings, and specifications for residential, industrial and commercial projects.
