He has over 30 years of experience in the architectural design and construction-related fields, and extensive knowledge of commercial real estate improvement and due diligence in particular. Mr. Bourdages provides clients with prudent acquisition guidance and value-add improvement recommendations that are generally accretive to asset value relative to the economic real estate cycle. His career real estate acquisition transaction volume exceeds $14 billion dollars (and counting!), involving literally hundreds of investment properties across most asset classes.
