Nik Van Vliet

Nik Van Vliet is a Relationship Manager at Partner, based in the Phoenix, Arizona office, focusing on Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Business and Lending Consulting. Nik brings 18 years of diverse experience, having worked in both the public sector with the Small Business Administration (SBA) and the private sector with small and large SBA banks.

Throughout his career, Nik has been involved in numerous projects, including tenant improvement loans for franchisees, ground-up construction across various industries, business acquisitions, and partner buyout transactions.

Nik’s background as a lender transitions seamlessly to his role at Partner. Having utilized Partner’s services for Construction Risk Management and Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) throughout his SBA career, Nik now applies his expertise in lending to build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service as a Relationship Manager. He will also focus on Property Condition Assessment (PCA) and Geotechnical Services in his role.
