Rachel Herrera

Rachel M. Herrera is a Client Manager and Principal, who specializes in environmental due diligence and other service scopes supporting Partner. She works directly with clients to discuss and manage the specific needs as well as the scopes of work necessary for the transaction at hand. Ms. Herrera has over 20 years of experience focusing on industrial and commercial real estate transactional due diligence and has personally been involved in thousands of real estate transactions ranging from Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Transactions Screens, Database Reviews, RSRAs, and Peer Reviews for various clients throughout the country. As a senior member of the Due Diligence staff, Ms. Herrera has served as an inspector, project manager, and senior author on a variety of projects. She provides training as well as senior review experience to ensure ASTM compliance and satisfaction of client requirements for Phase I Environmental Site Assessments.
