About

Steven Snyder, Senior Project Manager at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. based in the Palm Beach Gardens, Florida office, manages assessment and remediation projects for sites with complex environmental issues.

He serves as lead environmental scientist and consultant for multiple municipal agency contracts, including the City of West Palm Beach, the School District of Palm Beach County, St. Lucie Public Schools, Broward County Public Schools, Palm Beach County Facilities Development and Operations, the South Florida Water Management District, and others.

In this role, Steve directs a team of scientists and field technicians conducting environmental assessments, remedial actions, and building hygiene investigations. He works closely with municipal agency representatives, regulatory case managers, and environmental attorneys, and currently serves on the Palm Beach County Groundwater and Natural Resources Protection Board.

Steve oversees fuel tank closures, soil, groundwater, and vapor assessments, and remedial action planning and implementation under regulatory agency oversight. He manages due diligence property transaction assessments which include environmental investigations, property condition assessments, and indoor environmental evaluations. He tutors fellow staff members to become proficient in field procedures, environmental media sampling, technical writing, report production, and project management.

Additionally, Steven Snyder participates in public speaking engagements, covering topics such as due diligence investigations, site assessment and remediation, and potential liabilities associated with contaminated properties. His ability to develop and maintain relationships allows him to work attentively, consistently, and effectively with other industry professionals.
