With over 34 years of experience in construction, commercial real estate services, and engineering, Chris Corduan, PE brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to further bolster the Construction team at Partner Engineering and Science, Inc.

Throughout Corduan’s career, he has conducted over 800 Property Condition Assessments, Construction Plan and Cost Reviews, Construction Loan Monitoring, and Probable Maximum Loss studies for various property types including multi-family, office, retail, and industrial properties. His insight has been instrumental to a diverse set of clients including local and regional banks, investment banks, life insurance companies, developers, property owners, and prominent entities like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac lenders and brokers.

Furthermore, Corduan has a strong background in overseeing construction projects, managing vendors, and providing due diligence services, making him a valuable asset to Partner’s mission of delivering high-quality environmental solutions to their clients. His experience includes servicing prospective property buyers, including preparation of Construction Cost Estimates and Schedules for all deferred maintenance and projected maintenance, and renovation of commercial properties. Additionally, he completed Construction Plan and Cost Reviews, and subsequent Loan Monitoring services for the construction of new buildings, and the rehabilitation of existing structures.  The monitoring services he managed included the processing of monthly requisitions, analysis of change orders, and all related coordination between Owner, Developer, and Contractor. With Corduan’s addition to the team, Partner reaffirms its commitment to offering top-tier environmental due diligence services, tailored to the specific needs of clients in the commercial real estate industry.

Corduan will play a pivotal role in providing construction plan and cost review reports along with other crucial services. His impressive track record in managing construction projects and delivering due diligence products will be a valuable asset to the firm.
