Jason Lind, a seasoned commercial real estate executive, has joined the Advisory Board of Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner). With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Lind helps owners and occupiers harness technology to improve cash flow, attract and retain quality tenants, and increase real estate values.
“Jason’s leadership in technology and assessments will help Partner challenge the status quo in the industry and, more importantly, help our clients make investments in technology to set their assets apart from their competition,” said Joe Derhake, PE, CEO of Partner.
Based out of Denver, Mr. Lind will serve on Partner’s Advisory Board, lending expertise and guidance to the expansion of Partner’s Building Technology Services. Partner’s assessment business focuses mostly on evaluating existing systems, but Partner is offering clients feasibility studies on a series of investment opportunities in their assets in areas like technology, energy efficiency and energy generation.
Mr. Lind brings an impressive track record of commercial real estate investing and consulting. Mr. Lind serves as Vice Chairman of 5G, LLC helping real estate owners lease their roofs during the national deployment of 5G technology. Prior to this, he worked for CBRE as executive vice president over Assessment and Consulting managing many national clients. Having also lead acquisition teams for two real estate investment companies for nine years, Mr. Lind brings rich perspective into investment objectives, challenges, and solutions.
Mr. Lind has a BA in International Business and Finance from the University of California at Davis.
