Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Taj Sharma and Convergence to its Strategic Advisory Board. Taj brings over 35 years of industry experience working with global firms and implementing a rich perspective in workplace and facilities solutions. The service offering of his recently launched firm, Convergence, complements Partner’s full suite of engineering, environmental, and energy services.
A highly respected and connected leader in workplace facilities and engineering, Taj contributes deep insight into the owner/occupier experience to ensure that the development of Partner’s Integrated Facilities Solutions (IFS) practice proceeds in alignment to our clients’ needs. According to Partner CEO Joe Derhake, “Taj isn’t just an expert in facilities management; he’s got decades of hands-on, operational experience. He is intimately familiar with the pain points of owners, occupiers, and FM teams. His perspective will help to ensure that the scopes we offer meet the objectives of the occupiers and FM providers we serve.”
In his prior roles, Taj led regional and global facility management teams serving high-profile clients in diverse industries including media, technology, healthcare, manufacturing, oil & gas, life sciences, finance, and e-commerce. Prior to his tenure with third-party FM providers, he served as Director of Global Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management for occupiers and manufacturing companies globally.
As a strategic advisor for Partner, Taj will leverage his experience to expand and reinforce the full spectrum of Partner’s IFS offerings from assessments through solutions, project implementation, and ongoing maintenance and optimization. He will focus on sharing his knowledge with Partner’s team for improved business development, project execution, and client relations.

My hope is to infuse ownership/operational experience into that model for an even more expeditious way to solve for our clients’ needs, here and now.
