Partner is pleased to announce the addition of Jason Lind, our newest Principal. With more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Mr. Lind brings a client-side perspective as well as consulting expertise in the areas of acquisition due diligence and transactional support, institutional asset management, and corporate facility management.
According to Bob Geiger, Partner’s Executive Director of Business Development, “Jason will be instrumental in connecting with institutional investors because he’s been in their shoes—he’ll bring value to both acquisitions and asset management teams. And his extensive experience with corporate occupiers will bring enhanced perspective to our transactional and facilities services for those clients as well.”
A two-year member of Partner’s advisory board, Mr. Lind is now a full-time member of our sales and business development team. From his office in Denver, he will focus on the institutional investor market to drive sales of Partner’s asset management services. He will also serve the corporate occupier market, working to develop Partner’s transactional and facilities management services.
When asked why he chose to join Partner, Mr. Lind responded, “Partner has the deepest bench, and your bench wins games! Their facility assessment team provides the most innovative and collaborative platform I have come across. No other company in the consultative building envelope space brings the expertise that Partner can. From the Roof Management Program, which has provided millions in savings for our clients; to data collection services for CMS; to our environmental and ESG solutions; to our owner representation and construction services—I have not found a better company to serve my clients’ needs.”
Mr. Lind’s career roots are in institutional real estate investment, where he served as Director of Acquisitions for the real estate investment arm of a large insurance company as well as a publicly traded REIT. At a global real estate services firm, Lind then built strong due diligence and facility services practices serving an array of commercial real estate and large corporate occupier accounts. Most recently, he pursued a passion for technology in his executive sales role with a firm focused on enabling real estate assets with 5G and other technology solutions. He has worked on numerous high-profile sites including the Batman Building in Nashville, Nike’s corporate headquarters in Beaverton, Oregon, and the Grand Wilshire in Los Angeles.
