LEED Gold for Multifamily Redevelopment in Los Angeles

Partner was engaged by the client to achieve LEED Homes Gold level certification for a multi-building site development that is part of a larger redevelopment project in Los Angeles, CA. The property consists of one midrise multifamily building and four low-rise multifamily buildings, comprising approximately 80,000 sf of residential space.
