Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner) is pleased to welcome Nina Wheat as Sr. Project Manager for Partner’s Land Surveying Coordination group. Ms. Wheat has 20 years of land surveying coordination services for the commercial real estate industry nationwide. As an experienced project manager, she will support Partner’s ALTA Survey services expansion with training, education, and policy & procedure.
Prior to joining Partner, Ms. Wheat was Project Manager for Commercial Due Diligence Services, a subsidiary of First American Title Insurance Company. She was instrumental in setting up project management processes for the company’s new practice. Throughout her career, she has handled national portfolio-scale projects, notably the Shell portfolio.

The ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys standards are updated every 5 years. The next set of standards is anticipated to be released by the end of 2025 and will be in effect in early 2026. To facilitate a smooth transition in standard adoption for our CRE clients, Partner’s team of experts will provide a suite of educational materials. Please check back for updates.
