Partner CEO and founder of Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. (Partner), Joseph P. Derhake, PE has been selected for The Los Angeles Business Journal’s list for LA’s 500 Most Influential People in Los Angeles for the sixth year in a row.
“Joe’s leadership, adaptability, and in-depth knowledge of commercial real estate has helped propel the company forward despite the recent challenges facing the CRE (commercial real estate) industry. We are proud to see him recognized for his merit once again,” says Chief Operating Officer and original Principal Monique Burrola.
Established in 2007 on the eve of the Great Recession, Mr. Derhake formed Partner with just 8 employees including himself. Today, the company has now grown to over 1300+ employees, most of which are located in over 40 offices across the United States. Partner also employs industry professionals within international markets such as the Netherlands, United Kingdom, Israel, Canada, Germany, and Poland.
With over 25 years of industry experience, Mr. Derhake continues to lead Partner and expand the business by aiming to provide clients with services that are tailored to meet their CRE goals. One such example is the recent establishment of Partner Valuation Advisors, which has grown substantially since its inception, joining Partner Energy and Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. in providing a holistic bundle of services for clients.
LABJ’s annual LA500 list highlights 500 of the most influential business professionals and leaders in the LA area.
