Partner Engineering and Science, Inc opened offices in Dallas and Chicago, expanding their Phase I Environmental Consulting and their Commercial Building Inspection practices to Texas and the Midwest. Partner’s national environmental and engineering due diligence practice is anchored in these two cities by experienced professionals. According to Joseph Derhake, PE, President of Partner, “Our business is about relationships with property owners and lenders and Dallas and Chicago are major banking and commercial real estate investment hubs.”
Primary services being provided from these regional offices are Phase I Environmental Site Assessmentsand Property Condition Assessments. Partner opened these offices in response to demand for services in these areas from national clients and in response to available talent.
Jeff Kiec, Partner’s Dallas Manager, brings 5 years experience with Phase Is and Property Condition Assessments plus Kiec is a LEED Accredited Professional. Kiec’s addition has allowed Partner to expand their services in Texas. Kiec as a LEED AP is a valuable addition to Partner’s Green Building Team.
