South Texas and the greater Houston area have suffered catastrophic damage as a result of Hurricane Harvey. Thankfully our Partner employees in Houston are safe. Sadly, there are residents and property owners who will lose their homes and businesses, and in the case of some of our clients, lose their investments or suffer complete losses of their property. We have already received requests from clients to visit properties and evaluate damage.
Our first goal is to serve the public in a situation like this. We are available to help.

Where should you begin mitigating CRE impacts after a hurricane? Partner’s President Frank S. Romeo, Jr. offers guidance and some lessons learned from Superstorm Sandy.
Does the CRE industry need a standardized Wind Risk Assessment? Partner’s own Jane Powell, PE will chair a committee to evaluate and create standards for “Wind Probable Maximum Loss” reports.
