Partner Helping with Hurricane Harvey Recovery Efforts

South Texas and the greater Houston area have suffered catastrophic damage as a result of Hurricane Harvey. Thankfully our Partner employees in Houston are safe. Sadly, there are residents and property owners who will lose their homes and businesses, and in the case of some of our clients, lose their investments or suffer complete losses of their property. We have already received requests from clients to visit properties and evaluate damage.

Our first goal is to serve the public in a situation like this. We are available to help.

How We Can Respond:

• On-Site Assessments – consisting of a photo log and letter report
• Asbestos Surveys and Assessments for other hazardous materials
• Moisture and Mold evaluations
• Structural Assessments – a flood can compromise a building’s structure/foundations
• Property Condition Assessments and/or assessments of specific systems such as roofs and mechanical systems
• Environmental Investigations to address spills or other impacts caused or exacerbated by the storm
